bugra was our tour guide for a full day tour of the area. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We got a little time to wander after his presentations of each area. Lunch came a little later in the program, and some of us were hungry by then. (Tip: bring a snack to hold you over). It was a big buffet lunch with many delicious varieties to choose from. It was a hot day, and some people clearly wished they had brought hats or umbrellas to shield from the sun. Overall, we were very happy with the tour and the experience.

We are so happy that we chose to go on this guided tour instead of trying to visit these sites on our own even though we had a rental car. Our guide hasan offered so much history and details about the geography, flora and fauna that we would have never would have learned without him. And our driver omer navigated us safely to locations that I am not sure we would have found. We were concerned with the shopping stop as that is not our thing but it was short, no pressure experience with an interesting demonstration.

This trip was awesome, lots of cool information but also a lot of alone time to explore. We would have never got the same experience and information if we were alone without a guide. We did about 15k steps and 25 flights of stairs though so be prepared! The experience and views were so worth it.

First of all, I would like to thank Batuhan for organizing all the activities I wanted during this week that I was on holiday. The daily tour was very nice. Historical churches, valleys, fairy chimneys. We went on a jeep safari in the morning and the driver gave us a lot of fun moments. This experience was really exciting. Of course, the balloon tour was the most important thing for us in Cappadocia. We almost missed the shuttle service in the morning, but they came again for us.
